Saint-Gobain Sekurit is a leading player in the automotive industry with over 90 years of experience in automotive glass production. The factory in Eslöv produces glass panels for major brands such as Volvo, Volkswagen, Ford, Skoda, and Jaguar.

Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will work on the production floor. Your responsibilities include monitoring and controlling machines digitally, as well as performing practical tasks such as quality control and tool handling. Duties may vary depending on the department.

The work schedule is based on 3-shift rotations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and controlling production machines.
• Performing quality controls and documentation.
• Participating in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Position

• Employment Type: Full-time, initially a 6-month fixed-term contract.
• Working Hours: 3-shift rotation (flexibility required).
• Start Date: Immediately (subject to notice period).

3-Shift Schedule:

• Morning Shift: Monday–Friday, 06:30–14:30.
• Night Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 22:30–06:30.
• Afternoon Shift: Monday–Thursday, 14:30–22:30; Friday, 14:30–21:00.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we are looking for you to have:

• Experience from industry or manufacturing.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid B-driver’s license and access to a car.
• Advantageous: Forklift license.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

• Structured, responsible, and safety-conscious.
• Technical and solution-oriented, with the ability to switch between different tasks.
• An experienced machine operator, preferably with a background such as an automotive mechanic.

You have a positive attitude and thrive working both independently and in a team.
